It’s a very competitive time in the West Sacramento real estate market. Home inventory is LOW making it a seller’s market. Buyer demand is UP and buyers are finding it very hard to get their offers accepted. Right now, I can list a West Sacramento home at market value, show the property for a couple of days, and come away with several good offers.
