The FALL real estate market is here FOLSOM. After a HOT seller’s market this past Spring and Summer, with price increases and multiple offers, it’s time for Folsom home BUYERS to enjoy a little real estate relief. If you were a Folsom home buyer these last 6 months, you may have given up fighting for a new home after getting beat out by more aggressive offers. Prices were jumping higher and homes were selling before you could even see them!
Folsom homeowners who were considering selling, jumped into the market, listing their homes on the high side. They just witnessed the worst real estate crash this country has ever seen. They weren’t going to pay just ANYTHING for a new home. So many waited patently, not willing to participate in a bidding war.
