The FALL real estate market is here FOLSOM. After a HOT seller’s market this past Spring and Summer, with price increases and multiple offers, it’s time for Folsom home BUYERS to enjoy a little real estate relief. If you were a Folsom home buyer these last 6 months, you may have given up fighting for a new home after getting beat out by more aggressive offers. Prices were jumping higher and homes were selling before you could even see them!
Folsom homeowners who were considering selling, jumped into the market, listing their homes on the high side. They’d been waiting to sell their home for years and couldn’t because of our terrible economy where all you could do to get out from under your Folsom home was to short sale. Just to put it in perspective, FOLSOM INVENTORY is up 66% since the same time list year….That’s gonna shake things up! Homebuyers are pretty smart. They just witnessed the worst real estate crash this country has ever seen. They weren’t going to pay just ANYTHING for a new home. So many waited patently, not willing to participate in a bidding war.
Now, FALL is here, INVENTORY is up, and PRICES are a little bit down. It’s the prefect time for a FOLSOM homebuyer to check out multiple home and make a great decision on a new home without the urgency and panic that come with so much competition 6 months ago. Folsom home buying is FUN again!
