You’d think a buyer willing to spend up to $900K would have an easy time finding a home to buy.  Not if that buyer wants to live in Granite Bay CA!  Believe it or not, there is actually a shortage of suitable homes for sale in Granite Bay. 

You may be thinking that this buyer has unrealistic expectations for a Granite Bay home.   My client, a job transfer from Southern California, actually has reasonable requests.  He’s looking for a 5 bedroom (or 4 bedrooms with an office), 3,500+ square feet, Granite Bay home built within the last 20 years, with a pool.  His budget is between $700,000-$900,000 and the home must be in good condition….he’s not the fix-it type!
