Hollywood Park in Sacramento is a well-kept, safe, and family friendly neighborhood located directly southeast of Land Park.  Sacramento Magazine named Hollywood Park one of its top ten “Best Kept Secrets.” With classic ranch homes, tree-lined streets, affordability, and surrounding three schools, it is definitely a Sacramento jewel!

Homes in Hollywood Park are typically 900-1,600 square feet and are affordably priced from the high $100,000’s to $300,000 depending on condition and size.  Homes were built throughout the 1940’s and 50’s so they have a lot of the character that was common during those times like hardwood floors, built-ins, and brick fireplaces.  

As a real estate agent in Hollywood Park for years I have viewed and sold many homes.  One of my favorite homes I sold was this updated home on Virginia Way.  It was larger than most Hollywood Park homes with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a separate living room and family room that each had their own fireplace.
