Antelope Short Sale – 7784 Megan Ann Way – Chase Short Sale
Here is my newest Antelope short sale with Chase bank! 7784 Megan Ann Way is for someone who wants a lot of space. With over 3,700 square feet and 5 bedrooms, this home is LARGE! It also has nice upgrades like a kitchen with granite counter tops, center island, and lots of storage. There is a 3 car garage, nice backyard, and great curb appeal. This Antelope short sale is listed for $290,000.
Chase is quickly turning into one of my favorite banks to work with. In the past, Chase had a bad reputation for a difficult short sale process. They have since streamlined there short sale process. As an Antelope short sale agent, I am getting quick short sale approvals (less than 45 days from the time an offer is submitted) from Chase. The only thing I find odd about working with Chase is their favorite form of communication…fax!! At least they communicate!
If you are considering selling your Antelope home as a short sale, it’s important to work with an experienced short sale agent. Short sales are very different from traditional sales because the bank is very involved. Antelope short sale agents know how to submit a complete short sale package, follow up on a regular basis, and negotiate on behalf of the seller. Use an experienced agent for the best chance of short sale success.
See if you qualify to sell your Antelope home as a short sale.
