I can take a deep breath! This Antelope short sale with Chase bank just SOLD today. The vast majority of my short sales close escrow, but that doesn’t exactly come easy. I watch short sale escrows and time lines like a HAWK! I make sure the agents, buyers, and their lender do what they are supposed to. Short sales can easily go off track because there are so many moving parts….It’s like herding cats!
Chase is usually one of my favorite banks to work with. However, they are in the process of moving their short sales to a new system and it’s making for a bit of a lag lately. This doesn’t phase me…I’m an Antelope short sale agent with thick skin and the inability to take NO for an answer! Tenacious in my middle name.
