Last week I met my $800K buyer clients to check out a HOT new listing in the Douglas Ranch neighborhood of Granite Bay. It was the first day on the market and we rushed over on their lunch break. The home is terrific, full of amenities, and they LOVE it! Best of all, after checking out over 20 homes in the last couple of months, we plan to write an offer!
