Rocklin Highlands is a favorite neighborhood of mine because it gives off a great vibe! Nature, views, and substantial homes are what I think when I think of Rocklin Highlands. It’s also in a great Rocklin location…just past East Roseville which gives this neighborhood close proximity to the best shopping and restaurants both Roseville and Rocklin have to offer.

- Average Home sold is $180 per square foot or $472,728.
- It takes an average if 30 days on the market to sell a home in Rocklin Highlands.
- About 20% of homes sold this year were distressed sales (Short Sales or Bank Owned). That’s much less than the rest of Rocklin’s distressed sale average of 50% making Rocklin Highlands a financially stable neighborhood.
When driving through Rocklin Highlands, you get a sense of calm. The neighborhood is hilly and many homes have great north-western views. There are lots of green, open areas and many mature trees. Rocklin Highlands is much more than a cookie-cutter neighborhood.
Rocklin Highlands homes without views still come with a great backyard! Most homes have lot sizes of at least 1/3 acre. It’s not uncommon to find larger lot sizes…even up to 1 acre! Most of the neighborhood has invested heavenly in their yards adding patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, and fountains. They can be really lovely and add so much to the home!
Great schools are another reason why so many families are attracted to Rocklin Highlands. Highly ranked Sierra Elementary School is located in the neighborhood and the top-ranked middle and high school aren’t far away.
