Roseville Short Sale – Sold in Highland Reserve 
Here is my latest Roseville short sale, sold in Highland Reserve. 51 Gingerhill Court has a fabulous floor plan that caused some serious pandemonium with buyers. It looks like a 1-story and has all the bedrooms downstairs. However, it is actually a two story with only a loft and bathroom upstairs. Along with its 4 car garage, it’s a pretty unique home. I negotiated this Roseville short sale with Bank of America and sold it to a great family for $310,000.
