During the insection period, there were some repair items that came up, but both seller and buyer were very reasonable and repairs were easily negotiated.
This Elk Grove home sold for $195,000, about $30K more than if we tried to sell it last year. That’s about 15% more! Elk Grove home prices are definitely on the up swing.
