⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I would recommend Allan for everything real-estate. He is masterful at his job, he knows just about anything and everything you could think of when it comes to buying or selling a home. For my wife and I, he guided us through the whole process. His help and patience made the whole experience  pretty pleasant. We’re talking about a 45 day process with hundreds of forms and multiple days of vacation time spent on buying a house, and because of Allan it was seamless and easy. Allan even spent his own money and time on supplies for the home just to make sure everything went alright. I have no doubt that if you hire Allan, or even just call him for advice you wont be disappointed. Allan has now sold my wife her first home, helped me buy my first home, and listed my wifes property. That’s 3 transactions with him, and I hope its not the last.
